Mr. Rajesh Makhija, MD of SKF India, also participated in the National Conference. He said, "It is very essential for the leadership team to be committed to deploy this technique in the organization as a business improvement tool. It will not succeed if the leadership team only provides lip service and does not get involved in the project selection and implementation."
The conference was attended by over 130 participants covering Six Sigma practitioners / Consultants; deployment champions; Black Belt / Green Belt holders and academicians from different parts of the country.
