CII Institute of Quality held its “10th Annual Conclave for Executive Secretaries” on 28- 30 May 2009 at Bangalore.

The theme for this year’s conclave was “Changing Role of Secretaries in the Emerging Context.”

The keynote address was delivered by Mr K R V Parameshwar, CEO, Klueber Lubrication India Pvt Ltd. who spoke about the evolution of the role of executive secretaries over the years.

Ms Genevieve Pentony CEO, Dynamic Initiative for Results DIFR, Esselgroup in her address address delved on the up-gradation of competencies to be a part of the business support facilitation.
The 3 day Conclave deliberated on the following topics

  • Communication Skills & Building your Personal Brand
  • Managing Growth through Self Management

53 participants attended the conclave from 39 companies across the country.

As a part of the conclave, a study visit to “Infosys Leadership Institute”, Mysore and a visit to “Swami Vivekananda Youth Movement” was organized on the second day for participants to have two contrasting experiences.
