CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence 2006
Winners Conferences in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore
So as to focus and share the best practices of Tata Consultancy Services with the Indian Industry, the Award winner of the CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence, 2006, the CII Institute of Quality held three Winners Conferences in Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. The purpose was to showcase how TCS, through its excellent processes and planning, has become a winner in the true sense and has succeeded in setting the highest levels of performance benchmarks for India Inc.
The winner's conferences were held in Mumbai on 27 March 2007 , 25 April in Pune and 31 May in Bangalore. Mr S Ramadorai, CEO of TCS along with his leadership team of Mr S Padmanabhan, Global HR Head, Mr K Ananthakrishnan, CTO, Mr G Jagannathan, Global Head of Business Excellence together with other senior TCS Executives in the respective locations shared their best practices. It was an enlightening and learning experience for the delegates from Indian Industry who attended the conferences to glean how TCS achieved the highest level of excellence to bag the coveted Award.
