Your Dream/Ambition
To make a mark such that I can positively impact and revolutionise the lives of many and in the process create a legacy which serves as a source of pride for all those who are associated with me and or those whose lives I have touched

Most Embarrassing Moment
Walking into a lamp-post in Disney Land in front of my fourteen year old niece and her friends

Most Cherished Moment
Being awarded the prestigious Phi-Kappa-Phi Scholarship Award at Carnegie Mellon University and being admitted as the youngest MBA student at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon.

Your Contribution to India through Yi
I genuinely believe that my contribution to India through Yi has only scratched the surface as yet, however, the work that we have done and are continuing to do with children from some of the most backward and at-risk strata’s of society (such as children whose parents are rag-pickers or sex workers) has been the most rewarding and something that I believe will make a genuine, long term difference to our country.

In addition, The One Million Tree program being undertaken by Yi is an initiative that I feel extremely passionate about and one that I am sure will bring about a revolution in the country’s environmental profile.

Describe yourself as a Young Indian
An enthusiastic young Indian who would love to contribute in my little way to the betterment and development of India

Your Passion
My passion is reading and I love to read and learn new things every day. Learning has the power to transform us and also helps us transform others

Your Dream/Ambition
To contribute and make the world a better place

Most Embarrassing Moment
Too embarrassing to mention

Most Cherished Moment
The day my son was born. Those first moments made me forget everything and brought in so much joy that till date I cherish

Your Contribution to India through Yi
As the Environment chair setting up the Green-I contest for school children and also working on developing a teachers training program for school teachers to impart environmental education in schools. These efforts I hope will go a long way to instill environmental responsibility among the future generations and create a world and India that truly will be a better place to live.
